I am a Hoopist in Townsville city circus group, The Manipulators. I enjoy hooping and preformance and have now branched into making my own hula hoops and fire equipment. I encourage all interested in hooping to give it a go as I know the benefits it has had for me, it is a healthy and social skill, one which doesnt take long to master.
